Nothing’s Promised – Episode #122

You’re probably thinking…I’ve got a perfect driving record.
Cancer won’t bother me because it’s not in my family.
I’m doing things that will help me live for 100 years.


I don’t smoke…
I don’t eat red meat…
I workout everyday…
I drink a glass of red wine before going to bed…
I look both ways before crossing the street…
I don’t text and drive…
I have acupuncture done twice a month…
I walk 2 miles everyday…
I floss twice a day…
I’m married and we all know that married people live longer…
I do yoga…
I always wash my hands and use anti-bacterial wipes…

Nothing’s promised. It is very important to plan for tomorrow, but don’t put off ’til tomorrow what you can do today. Tomorrow might not come. Take no day for granted.
