Kindess – The quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. -Aesop
Acts of kindness are contagious. When we pay it forward, we’re planting seeds for the future. When we repay it, we’re passing on the torch that was handed to us. When showing kindness you continue the cycle of kindness around the world.
Here are 5 examples:
-Leave a little extra on a tip after a meal
-Leave a note just to say hi or just because
-Leave some change behind for the next person
-Greet others with a smile
-Blow your car horn or wave to others as you pass
I realize that you may have to put some thought into these acts of kindness, which by definition isn’t random. But, if kindness become a habit then you’ll find yourself being a little more friendly, generous, and considerate.
